Notice of the Annual General Meeting: 7pm Thursday 16th May 2024
The BSS AGM will be held immediately after the final spring lecture in the Edinburgh Royal Botanic Gardens (RBGE) Lecture Theatre.

At the AGM we will report on our activities over the last 12 months, present our draft financial accounts, elect members to our governing body (BSS Council) and answer your questions about the BSS.
The provisional agenda for the AGM is as follows:
1. Chair’s welcome, apologies for absence, opening remarks.
2. Draft minutes of the AGM 2023 for approval (they are available in the members’ area here and will be circulated in advance of the meeting).
3. President’s Annual Report.
4. Treasurer’s Annual Report.
5. Election / re-election of Council Members.
6. Any other Business.
